Every car built had one of these, a Build Sheet. This piece of paper would tell the assembly line worker what options (or lack of) to add to the car as it came down the line. As highlighted in yellow, this particular car was originally destined for California as it has the CA emission option. Once the car was complete these were discarded, sometimes, somewhere in the car and other times not. You may be able to locate yours anywhere, in a door panel, under the carpet, seat or in the trunk. There is no rhyme or reason to where they ended up and a good many ended up on the factory floor to sweep up with the trash. So if you are restoring or replacing something in your Royale keep an eye out for your cars Build Sheet, they are a very nice item to have.
